We are proud to be a drug-free and safe workplace. Currently we are operating over 95 units in west central Florida. Our call center is manned 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The dispatch staff is trained to recognize needs and solve problems, with an attitude of no job too small, no problem too big. The call center dispatches in excess of 300 calls per day. All of Stepp's drivers go through an intense training and background check. We pride ourselves on clean, courteous drivers who conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
