He is a licensed HVAC service technician and holds a certificate in residential electricity. His extensive
knowledge and expertise in home repair and improvement give him a decisive edge over other Realtors.
Having worked as a Financial Secretary on his local union executive board, Rich has gained vital
budgeting and financial skills that enable him to guide his clients to make informed and profitable

When he is not attending to his clients’ needs, Rich spends his free time deep sea fishing, cruising to any
