Liz Chelak is remarkably attentive to your experiences and desires for realigning your mental health and priorities. She is an exceptionally good listener, compassionate, and adept at guiding you to rethink and reframe common modes of thinking in your life to ones more aligned with your goals and needs. I never experienced success with a therapist until I began seeing Liz, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to others without hesitation.
