Excellent and professional butcher, which is hard to find these days. They understand meat and are able to answer all of your questions. Don't be afraid to ask for items you don't see.

We have had good experiences at Shield's. They have a variety of meats that the grocery store doesn't have. They usually have a small selection of produce. Overall a great little place.

If you need anything, the owner is likely to tell you that your request is not important. He was so rude he hung up on me. I've never been treated so rudely in my life, and I used to shop there a lot! That's the end of that.
