RACIST BUSINESS! BEWARE!!! by Raynell K. on 8/13/2024 Lush Nail Bar The Battery: BEWARE!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! RACIST BUSINESS!!There is absolutely no point in making an appt. They have you wait 20-30 mins or the technician you make an appt with left early or is not available. There is always some excuse. I refuse to patronize a business that I spend at minimum $200.00 that have no respect for you as a client or your time. Today was not the first appointment that was disregarded but the 3rd! Front desk staff had no remorse, were rude and acted as if I should be privileged to be served at this business. Im wondering if they only treat black people this way or if white counterparts have had this same experience????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Based on my experience, it is because I am Black and majority of their clientele in the area identify as White. Money is green, if I spend my money I expect equal treatment. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
