We are very protective of our dog and visited VIP pets (Collier Location) several times before deciding to leave her there for 3 nights. We paid extra for her to have a private room.

Personal care is automatic. The staff goes beyond to make the customer and the pet at home. I was happy to have the 24 hour person on hand in case anything happens. Worth the travel.

We have been a customer since 1995. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. My dogs look and smell clean everytime. They take the extra time to file their nails sfter they are trimmed. Reasonable rates
