Nakia is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor, he has designed an aesthetically focused studio that fosters intimate social interactions, encouraging deep exploration of the inner body. He also leads the myofascial therapy program, combining deep tissue massage with advanced physiotherapy techniques to support holistic well-being.
