Jonathan Hundley, MD

Dr. Jonathan Hundley is an abdominal transplant surgeon and is the Surgical Director of Liver Transplantation at Piedmont Transplant Institute. His special interests include liver transplantation, kidney transplantation, pancreas transplantation, and general surgery for cirrhotic patients. Dr. Hundley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2000. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Michigan, and his abdominal transplant surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky. Prior to joining Piedmont Transplant Institute, Dr. Hundley served as Director of Liver Transplantation at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
