Prefer lowes by sine on 12/31/2021

They once sold me a used item for full price. When I noticed it was used at home I called and the manager told me tough luck. I complained to corporate and sent photos showing it was clearly used and repackaged. Corporate refunded the purchase price and made the manager call me to apologize. He obviously did not like that and gave me some crap about it over the phone. Another call to corporate and I got a gift card sent which I used at a different location. This is why I go to Lowes first and HD last.
