Had a part I tried to install on my car by myself and could not complete the job. Went to Pep Boys with the part and they said I was at the back of the line and they would probably get to it the next day (Sunday).
I walked home and by the time I get home they call and say it is ready to pick up. Turns out the other cars ahead of me were waiting on parts but since I had brought my own part in with the car they got me in and out.
Very happy with that even though I had to walk home.
This location used to have a full store but now it is just a service location.

This place is a rip off they attempted to charge me 947$ to replace my radiator and I took it to Midas and paid half the price! The service guy at pepboys even asked me if I had a major credit card before I agreed to the work being done!…
