On April 1, 1946, the company was incorporated and branched out to the island of Hawai'i where there was an abundance of highway and infrastructure work.The company continued to flourish on both islands, completing work on the H-1 Freeway, Pali Highway, segments of the Hawai'i Belt Road , various bridges and improvements along the Hamakua Coast,Kawaihae Harbor, the Nu'uanu Reservoir, Ala Wai Boat Harbor, runways and taxiways at Hilo Airport and Keaau Bypass Highways Phases I and II.The contracting portion of the company has expanded into building construction. Projects have included the Kea'au Elementary School, additions to Mountain View Elementary School and Pahoa High School, Kaiser Hospital's Hilo Clinic, Lighting, Signs and ARFF Improvements to the Hilo International Airport, and service buildings and well improvements at Keonepoko, Hawi, Kaloko, Pi'ihonua, Kuou and Aiea Gulch wells.
