I've spent the past 23 years perfecting my culinary craft on the North Shore of Kaua?i, most recently as the Executive Chef of Kilauea Bistro. I believe in creating memorable meals using the freshest ingredients from our dedicated local farmers and fishermen. Over the years, I've been honored to have won several awards at Kaua?i's "Taste of Hawaii" competition, including multiple People's Choice Awards, Best in Meat, Best in Seafood and Best in Presentation. My career has allowed me opportunities to cater for exclusive dinner parties and high-end events. But through it all, a table of my own is what I've craved.
