We are an intimate movement studio in Kaanapali, Maui located at the beautiful Royal Lahaina Resort. Our focus is detailed and personable service. We have knowledgeable instructors that love what they do. Our schedule changes periodically, and our classes consist of aerial yoga, barre, beat cycle, belly dancing, body sculpt, boot camp, booty and core, buddhi yoga, cardio hip hop, cize, dynamic stretch, flow yoga, foam roller, full body circuit, gentle yoga, hatha yoga, HIIT, insanity, hula fit, mat pilates, plyometrics, power hour yoga, spinning, spring wall, TRX, turbo kick, upper body tone, vinyasa yoga, yoga sculpt, fitness classes, personal training and private group instruction. We have state of the art Pilates machines which include the reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel and spine corrector for private and duet instruction. We also have a Concept 2 rower for daily rentals. Whether you want to get into shape, maintain, develop a deeper core, or work on your spiritual side we’ve definitely got a class for you!!
