young man greeted me right when I pulled into the lane. He directed me to Sam's desk for assistance. I had a 7:30am appointment. I did have to wait for approx. 10 min before Sam arrived. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

I loved the new eclipse and went in to see if I could give it a test drive. The salesman didn't want to deal with me at all he just wanted to talk to my husband even though the car was for me.
