Our average turn around time for a system is 3 business days. This is because we back up your data before any work is done.

Unlike most computer shops, we take time to do it right. We could promise you a 6-8 hour turn around like other places, but you wouldn't have any data or Microsoft Updates (this always an option if you request it).

Any Data Recovery and Secure Formatting may take up to a week or more.

Liley Design will run advanced virus detection software on all computers, as well as spyware, adware,malware and malicious software detection programs. Any problems found will be completely removed from the infected machine.

We will run a hardware diagnostic to see if there are any deeper problems with your computer. If problems are found you will be informed and can choose how to proceed at that point.

After running our hardware diagnostic we will assess the hardware in your machine vs. the operating system and applications you are running, if we find inadequacies we will inform you of the necessary upgrades to bring your computer into specifications. This is done to insure your experience with your machine is fast and enjoyable.
