Awesome environment, friendly staff, fun activities. My daughter barely wanted to leave when I came to pick her up. The best part... All of this and her homework was almost always completed before my arrival.

Your program is needed but your employees need to have more compassion about their job and whom they are caring for daily. Not just think of it as a job. Also there must be more staff coverage when others are absent.
