Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

I have been going to Dr. Ralph off and on for 25 yrs. I have moved to Wisconsin,tried other vision services, and still go back to this office.They are professional and very service oriented. I will be seeing them soon to exam my 2 children.

After having an eye exam and fitting for contacts, they intentionally charged my insurance as if i also ordered $220 worth of contacts even though I had no intention of ordering any.\r
