HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Read before you use! by mrhill92 on 11/1/2015 I used this company on October 25th, after someone stole my wallet and car keys downtown. I am not from the city and was only visiting. I called around but this guy seemed great over the phone, he was friendly and helpful. He came to where my car was parked about an hour late, apologizing, and made me three sets of keys costing me $325. I paid him and went home. Upon getting home I noticed that the man never reinstalled my passenger side lock mechanism! So I called, he told me he would reorder the part, and we set up a time to meet, he canceled and rescheduled and then didn't show up for the rescheduled time. This happened three more times!!! He blew me off each time. Now no one is returning my phone calls. I find it extremely unprofessional to say you are going to come install the part YOU did not install correctly the first time, and then not show up and not answer phone calls. I am very disappointed in this service. I paid you guys with trust that the job would be done correctly. I cannot drive my car in the rain or even to work without fear of water damage to the battery lock system or someone being able to get into my car. You would think a locksmith should be a trustworthy person because they are dealing with your locks!!! Do not use this company. -- Highly unsatisfied costumer
