Pyramid is a workforce development agency with thirty-two years experience in providing business services to employers in the service industries and training and job placement services to Chicagoland residents.

Since its inception in 1985 by Dr. Marianne King and Dr. Judy Mayo, Pyramid has successfully served clients in Banking, Health Care Organizations, Trade Associations, Professional Firms, Food Service, Hospitality and Tourism, Security, Educational Institutions, Retail Operations, and Governmental Agencies.

Additionally, since 1989, Pyramid has been funded by various government agencies to provide business services to Chicagoland employers and job training and placement services to Chicagoland job seekers.
