Inspired by Chelsy, her American Pit Bull Terrier, company owner Lisa Freeman realized that she was spending money every week on toys that her dog destroyed in a matter of minutes. The toy design is an improved model of the common, commercially found rope toy, but is made of recycled material that does not fray.
