Established in 2009
Activation Fitness, Inc was started in 2009 by Steve Dam. Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in health and fitness. Steve has guided hundreds of clients to reach and exceed their fitness goals and objectives. With a solid background in Athletic Training, Orthopedics, and MAT, Steve has dedicated his life to helping people overcome their physical obstacles in order to live an enriched and pain free life.

Our mission is to continually educate and challenge ourselves to improve each client's ability to function at a higher level and strive to live a pain free life.

Our goal is to use training methods that are supported by science, based on proper biomechanics, and maximize positive results while reducing unnecessary stress on the joints.
