DDT Home Transformations is a full service general contracting company serving the greater Chicagoland area. We offer services for single-family, multi-housing, and small commercial properties. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Ownership has over 30 years combined experience in both residential and commercial construction. We core focus is helping private investors and or investment firms develop processes and project portfolio plans in both new construction and remodeling to develop schedules, budgets, estimates, and controls over diminishing return. We assist in all project phases including planning, permitting, building, quality control, and closeout phases.
