Rex Italian Foods has been a cornerstone of exceptional Italian cuisine in the Chicagoland area for generations. While there may not be a literal "Rex," the name embodies the regal quality and rich tradition of our offerings. Originating in the late 1960s by the Cinquino brothers on Chicago's west side, Rex quickly became synonymous with premium Italian deli fare. After relocating to the north side, we've upheld 4431 N Harlem Ave since 1993. At Rex, authenticity is our hallmark. We meticulously craft our own Italian beef and hand-stuffed sausages, ensuring each bite is a taste of tradition.
