Frank has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases, in both civil and chancery courts, and he has authored briefs and presented oral arguments in numerous cases in the Appellate Courts of Illinois. His trial practice in recent years has been primarily in the chancery courts where he has successfully defended debtors in mortgage foreclosure cases, prosecuted and defended temporary and permanent injunction cases in business and employment matters. He has served as lead counsel in a securitization of premium finance loans, counseled developers of single-family homes and condominiums including conversions and new construction, as well as buyers and sellers of single-family residences. He has served as a commercial arbitrator before the American Arbitration Association and has appeared before various municipal zoning boards and administrative tribunals. Frank is an authorized title representative of Chicago Title Insurance Company.
