Know the store well. Clean, well displayed, organized, usually fairly priced, lots of sales, etc. Merchandise is clean, dusted, sized, etc. Dealers are lovely ladies. I've walked out happy very many times.\r

I have been a renter at Now and Again for over 5 years. It is a wonderful place. The previous writer obviously could not rise to the standard set by the long-time owner.
