I love coming here! The staff is incredible and the classes are actually fun!! The warm up is a killer, but once I get my gloves on, I feel unstoppable!!

The instructors and the workouts are awesome! I love that it changes up all the time. The only downside is it is difficult to get somebody on the phone when you call, but other than that they are great!

I love coming here for my daily workout. The instructors truly care about you improving in your journey with kickboxing and improving your physical health. Will keep coming back time & time again.

I recently just signed up for a membership, and the classes are awesome. My first week it was tough but after the warm up the fun begins. Totally would recommend to others.

ILKB is amazing. This is the best workout I have ever done...very intense and definitely gets you sweating. The staff is fantastic. Each one of them is so motivating and really gets you pumped. I look forward to coming here every time.

This place is so different than your average gym. The staff is great, the facility is clean, and most of all you are doing something different every time. I have never felt so much at home before. I just love it here!!
