KGH provides building consulting services to owners, managers, architects, law firms, developers, governmental agencies, and investment associations on building enclosure systems.

KGH has also developed repair programs for curtain wall systems to resist water infiltration, as well as to improve critical drainage systems. In addition, KGH has developed and administered window replacement programs, repair programs for parking garage structures, and plaza decks.

Kellermeyer Godfryt Hart, P.C. was established in 1985 to provide architectural and structural consulting services to building owners and managers, architects, law firms, developers, governmental agencies, and investment associations. The primary emphasis and expertise of the firm is the evaluation, analysis, and repair of building enclosure systems. Areas of specialization include the investigation, repair, and restoration of building facades, the evaluation and retrofit of waterproofing membranes including both roofing and plaza systems, and the investigation, analysis, and repair of distressed parking garages.
