Garden Refuge Nonprofit and Counseling Center

Garden Refuge Nonprofit and Counseling Center provides compassionate, evidence based counseling and mental health education for individuals, couples, and families. Support for anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. We serve clients in person and through telehealth across Illinois. Clinical services include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, Forward Facing Trauma Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Couples Counseling, Group Counseling, Marriage Coaching, and Mindfulness Coaching. We also offer practical classes and psycho educational workshops that build skills, strengthen resilience, and promote mental health awareness. Some classes are free, while others are offered on a fee basis.
