Springfield Clinic MOHA

Springfield Clinic's occupational medicine group maintains three permanent office locations in Springfield, Decatur and Jacksonville to serve the needs of employers and employees. Additionally, occupational health doctors, mid-level providers and nursing staff travel to employer locations throughout Illinois, Iowa and Missouri to provide on-site services. The Springfield location is located in Park South (Business Loop 55 and Stevenson Drive) next to Memorial Industrial Rehab. This location offers on-site radiology services.
