Carmen Blomquist, APRN, RN

Carmen Blomquist, APRN, FNP-BC, is an Illinois native and board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 17 years of experience. She is passionate about improving the health and safety of working individuals and takes pride in delivering compassionate, personalized care to each patient. Blomquist earned her master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain University, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Illinois State University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Outside of work, Blomquist enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family. She and her husband have six children-five daughters and one son-and she proudly cheers them on at their many sporting events.
