Memorial Rehab Services serves patients who also receive care from Neurology, Neurosurgery, Occupational Medicine, and Rehabilitation. We work with patients in the hospital and in outpatient settings.
Our staff include experts in all forms of rehabilitation, and we work closely with community physician experts to diagnose, treat and research all aspects of neuromuscular conditions. We hold community outreach programs, and are available to provide professional education seminars on a variety of topics.
We have specialized neurologic care units, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation, home rehabilitation services, and a broad range of outpatient neurodiagnostic and therapy services in multiple clinic locations.
