Poorer than poor by Susan on 11/21/2023 I booked an appointment and was to be picked up between 4 and 4:05 PM. at about ten to four I got a text from someone named Carrie.She was at the airport waiting on some flight crew and she was running behind. 'I will be there to get you asap I swear' was what she said. I explained that I needed to pick my car up at the Aamco in downtown Peoria by 5 when they closed. She reiterated she'd be there asap. At 4:37 I texted and asked her for an ETA and got no response. I finally got her on the phone around 5 or 5:15 and she was still waiting at the airport but said she'd call her boss and ask him what I might expect. Her next response to me was that her boss basically told her she was the only 'game in town' (my words) that evening. During these calls/messages to her I had called the main office and left multiple messages stating that I was depending on them to get me to my car and that I needed it b 2 AM to go to work. I have yet to receive any response from the main office or any 'powers that be' and NEVER heard back from this Carrie and she never showed up. I finally called a cab company about 5:20 and they picked my up and got me down to Aamco by 6 PM. By this time I had made arrangements with management at Aamco to get my car even though it was after hours. All in all this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any cab/ride share outfit in my life. Unconscionable and very shoddy work ethic. SMH

The Best Taxi service around! by Chelseameyer on 2/19/2023 These guys showed up on time even a lil early car was clean and smelled good driver was polite and the price was good too! Way better than the other cracker box cabs!
