Not one single person greeted me when I came in to the office to be seen, I was not acknowledged by a single employee for at least 5 minutes.
I had wanted to have my eyes examined so I could get new glasses as well that day but was told…

When my daughter picked up her glasses her prescription was incorrect. The staff dismissed her and said she would need to get used to them, instead of checking. I have since contacted them and yes it was wrong and they are being corrected.

The eye doctor was amazing, but other members of staff weren't as welcoming. I don't think staff was kind and friendly until I was about to leave the office.

Staff and doctor Westell are great. Very helpful and nice. Low wait time. The girl at the front desk was so nice and greeted me when I walked in. Dr westell is so nice and takes her time w me after all I have been through.
