Mediocre @ Best by beerman1988 via Citysearch on 1/5/2012 The Sandbar has great scenery. I would say the best part about the visit was the salt water tank in the middle. That being said it is probably the only thing going for it. You can easily tell this resturaunt was a taco shop turned bar…

Small town college bar by Mindy W via Insider Pages on 11/18/2008 The Sandbar is what you get when you mix a small town with college life. You'll find locals mixed in with students from Ottawa University. They have daily drink specials and it gets pretty rowdy by the end of the night.
