This customer was a mechanic shop.  Their situation is the same we all go through, it was right here and now it's not.  No shame to the mechanics out there, and where would we be without them!  They get busy, more than one person working on a vehicle, lay the keys down, and like magic they disappear.  So we were happy to help this shop so they could get their customer back on the road.
