Our service charge is $49 and for that we will send out a fully-certified technician in a well-stocked truck. If he finds that it is something simple, there may not be any additional charge. However, if there is a more serious issue, the technician will show you some options before we do any work, so that we only do work that you approve. Is that fair enough?
