Frank L. Fazio, MD, FACS

Attended LSU Medical school in New Orleans and completed residency at Charity Hospital, New Orleans in 1981. Board Certified since 1982. Joined the Clinic of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery in Baton Rouge in 1981 and has been in practice here since that time. Along with Dr. Stan Montelaro I joined BR ENT Associates (Breaux, Braud, Murphy and Braud) in 2014. Dr.’s Benjamin Walton and Collin Sutton joined our practice in 2014 and 2016, respectively. More recently, our clinic combined with Dr.’s Mitchell, LeBlanc and Boone in 2019 to form Louisiana ENT and Sinus (LENTS). My interests include all aspects of ENT medicine, surgery and allergy. I am married to the former Monica James and our children include Frank, Jr.
