Kevin J. Babin, MD

Dr. Kevin J. Babin has lived in Baton Rouge for most of his life, having been born in nearby Gonzales. He obtained his B.S. from LSU in 1988, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and earned his M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1992. He performed his internship and residency through Earl K. Long Medical Center where he also served as Chief Resident for the 1995-1996 term of his program. Following the completion of his medical training, Dr. Babin joined The Baton Rouge Clinic in 1996 and has spent almost two decades caring for his patients under his practice of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Babin is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.

Along with his wife and four children, Dr. Babin resides in Baton Rouge and, in his spare time, enjoys fishing as well as golfing.
