Stephanie M. Kelleher, MD

Dr. Stephanie M. Kelleher has claimed Baton Rouge as home since she was in the 8th grade. She graduated valedictorian of Tara High School. She pursued her B.S. in Zoology from LSU and then attended LSU New Orleans, where she received her M.D. in 1998. She completed her residency in New Orleans with LSU, training at Charity, University and Children's Hospitals. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kelleher joined the practice of Drs. Vick and Schwartzenburg in 2001.

Dr. Kelleher has served as the President of the Baton Rouge Pediatric Society since 2011. She also serves on various committees at Woman's Hospital.

As a mother of four, Dr. Kelleher understands the uncertainty of new parents, the challenges of working parents, and the joys and fears of watching children grow into adulthood. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is getting to know families and helping them in the process of raising healthy and strong children.
