Mrs. SHERELLE PICKNEY, FNP-BC

Sherelle Sion Pickney is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Essential Wellcare, LLC. She is passionate about providing personal, individualized care to her patients. Her focus is on primary prevention and connecting patients with other medical providers based on their healthcare needs. Sherelle is a lifelong resident of Carencro, Louisiana. She graduated from T.H. Harris Technical College (Diploma of Practical Nursing) in 2001, University of Louisiana at Lafayette (BSN in Science of Nursing) in 2004, Southern A & M University (Master of Nursing Education) in 2016, and in 2021 received a Post-Master's Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northwestern State University.
