Kathy Sterling, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of healthcare experience. She provides patient-centered mental health care at Lane Health & Wellness Clinic, part of Lane Regional.

Kathy works with adolescents and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. She focuses on thoughtful medication management and individualized treatment plans in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

She earned her nursing degrees from Alcorn State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
