there are better options out there for a manicure by Emily C via Insider Pages on 2/17/2010

Hollywood Top Nails isn't my favorite place for a manicure. They make you wait when you walk in, they rush to get you out and they're sloppy with their work. The salon is small and cluttered. There are just too many other better options…
