Great customer service by oconnorem3348 on 11/23/2021 I was unfortunate enough to need to do something about my very painful feet, but fortunate enough to go to the good feet store in Danvers. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Andrea. She asked what my issues were and how I carry on in my day. We talked for a while and then brought out a set of arch supports and inserted them in my shoes and I put them on and she said to walk around in the store. I was dreading walking as my heels send sharp pains into my feet, but to my utter surprise they didn’t. I tried not to, but I couldn’t help but let the tears fall. I had been in pain for so long I forgot what it felt like. Needless to say I bought the supports, although the are costly, I think walking means more to me and I went I left I real like I made a new friend in Andrea who promised to check on me to be sure I am happy with the way my feet feel. Please don’t suffer without at least checking out the Good Feet Store.
