Expensive w/Poor Service by kgagne on 6/6/2018 Expensive w/Poor Service: A huge shout out to O.G. Croteau Plumbing in Fitchburg who charges $300 to replace an outside spicket and $200 to hook up a new oven, but also refused to return the same day on a Friday to the pre-scheduled hook-up of my new oven, leaving this single mom with 3 kids without an oven/burners. Your valuable services are much appreciated! My recommendation friends is seek another, more reliable, family-oriented, customer-centric company.
