We adhere to True Pilates principles and guidelines, and we maintain our Certifications and training with participation in regular continuing education in authentic Pilates, as well as attendance at conferences that present ongoing development. These guys know their stuff, but more than that - they bring fun and professionalism into their work! There is NO better place to learn what real Pilates is all about!
