I’ve been getting my medical Ostomy supplies from Bouvier for decades. Shelia is not only an expert insurance professional. She is also a person who can translate the jargon into day to day English.
Furthermore, she is kind, empathetic, compassionate and reliable.
Sheila is a tremendous asset to the pharmacy. Her customer service skills are magnanimous, I recommend she teach these skills to others.
I always enjoy working with her.
