I like that they send a reminder a few days ahead in case you need to cancel. I am picky and I did have to ask them to touch up a few things but now that she knows what I like, it's not an issue. The company was super communicative once I booked, with reminders and clear details into costs and cleaner was incredibly sweet, detailed and patient with my endless questions :) Wish we weren't moving out of the city because I would absolutely book with them again!
