WILLIAM M. MERELLE
Hello, my name is William Merelle, and here's a little bit about me.

I was born in the south of France in Aix-en-Provence on a sheep and cattle farm in which I was raised. I began learning the trade of cooking at the age of 13 then graduated with my culinary license at 17. After that, I moved back to Provence Where I learned the trade of masonry and hardscape. I moved to New York City when I was 21 to work in the biggest restaurant in the city I became a chef at Raoul’s restaurant. I then traveled the world for a year and learned many more trades. I have spent time in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Spain, Italy, and France. When I moved back to the US I opened and built a restaurant in West Stockbridge call Rouge Restaurant. I owned the establishment for 16 years before losing it in a late incident. During the 16 years, I have traveled more and more around the world I have visited Mexico, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Bermuda, and travel extensively in the US California, San Francisco, Vegas, Massachusetts, and many more. I have collected many different forms of experience during those years of traveling a passion for buildings and color. I love the different textures and different styles I sculpt my work and myself into perfection and take care to even the littlest detail. I have worked in landscaping, masonry, and many more. I have managed and ran a small hotel. And also worked as a metal roofer. All those years make me very handy and knowledgeable about my work. have decided to open my business in Massachusetts to serve Berkshire County and Columbia County and bring you the best work possible even down to the smallest detail.
