Exceeded my expectations by Bill Barrows via Citysearch on 4/5/2012

The contractor started the work on time as scheduled and it was completed on time. The crew on site was excellent. Once the project was complete they exceeded expectations by totally reseeding the area affected. And the grass grew! Great…
