Framing posters and art at Frugal Framer is really reasonably priced, and today when I brought in a poster he'd framed for me several years ago, he took it apart and cleaned it for free!

Not cheap, but somewhat lower than average prices. Does very high quality work. The guy is knowledgeable, lively, and amusing. He knows what he is doing but works for folks of all tastes, so it is good to have a n idea of what you want…
